Beginner Reformer

Mondays at 7:00 a.m., and Wednesdays at 7:00a.m., & 10:00 a.m.

If you are new to Pilates and want to workout on the reformer, this is the perfect class for you. You will be guided through proper breathing and technique while doing a workout on the reformer. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move in and grip socks.

Pilates Circuit

Thursdays at 7:30 a.m.

You will be taken through an intense yet rewarding workout on the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair.
Space is limited. 

 

Core Cycle

Saturdays at 7:30a.m.

We have taken the principles of Pilates and brought them to the bike. While you listen to upbeat music, you will get your heart rate up and burn calories, thus creating an energy that can carry you through the rest of your day! Space is limited.

 

Jumpboard Cardio

Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

 

Mat Reformology

TBA

The conscience ability and freedom to move your body, in order to promote positive results. This class focuses on toning and strengthening the muscular structure through the use of various props. Bring your sneakers!

 

FYI

Studio Etiquette

First time clients must arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and tour the studio.  Cell phones are not permitted in class. Thank you for understanding.

 

Attire

We prefer form fitting clothing but allow whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend covering feet with grip socks. We do allow bare feet or socks. (Shoes not recommended except for Mat Reformology and Core Cycle).
